You'll work closely with our team leaders to provide top-notch service, handling a wide range of responsibilities across various airport functions.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our London Heathrow customer services team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all contact points
- Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
- Working closely with team leaders to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery
- Conducting administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
- Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
- Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
- Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines
- Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
- Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post
All You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently
- A solution-oriented approach, with the capacity to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- The ability to work with minimum supervision, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
- A strong customer focus, with experience in face-to-face contact and excellent communication skills
- The ability to represent arenaflex at all times, adhering to our values and standards
- A valid BAA airside pass and GSAT training
- The willingness and ability to complete all relevant training and education
- A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to obtain a BAA driving license as required
- The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required
Desired Qualifications – Education and Previous Experience
* PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
