About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with our leadership team, operations, and partners to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making. Your expertise will be essential in helping us optimize our virtual and contact channels to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions

• Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas for further research, and own analyses from start to finish
• Build displays and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and partners
• Build, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
• Manage projects essential to business operations under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

* Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) for behavior analyses and build/preserve reports

• Supervise data quality and record accuracy
• Collaborate with team, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
• Apply modern analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
• Stay up-to-date with current data science trends and share expertise and best practices with team members

Required Qualifications & Skills

* 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in forecasting and analytics

• Experience with time-series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proficient in Python
• Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks on time
• Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Desire to excel in a fast-paced, and ambiguous business environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Solid expertise in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent SQL skills
• Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of proven experience in analytics or data science

Education

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

The base pay provided will be based on internal fairness and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-associated knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term performance incentive devices may be provided as part of the compensation package, similar to the entire range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the scope and role provided.
