Job Summary

As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving discrepancies and errors in eligibility records
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
• Analyzing and reconciling data across multiple systems
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Providing excellent customer service and communication

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
• Reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including shared mailboxes and work queues
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in data entry and analysis

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Experience with data reconciliation and analysis
