As a Full Stack Actuarial Development Program Analyst, you will be part of a talented team that drives business growth, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Actuarial Development Program Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in all four rotations, which will immerse you in a key business area and provide exposure to:

+ Risk Evaluation: Understand the concept of explicit risks and present results of analysis to management. + Rate Recording: Order and analyze recording data, prepare and submit essential reports for administrative filings. + Save Examination: Analyze guarantee data and monitor hold levels for suitability, and demonstrate an understanding of actuarial holding methods and issues. + Planning and Gauging: Provide specialized help and analysis for planning, estimating, and reporting processes. + Valuing, Pattern, and Advantage Configuration: Create and suggest estimating and pattern for products or services. + Technical Capability: Develop innovative technical solutions for various issues, exhibit capability with calculation sheets, and knowledge of dataset and online applications.

  • Creating and executing fitting instruments and models, creating and settling business requirements and determinations for processes, tools, and systems.
  • Participating in the development of actuarial models, data analysis, and statistical techniques to support business decisions.

Required Capabilities

  • Have a willingness to relocate to a designated Actuarial center
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a high-speed environment and comply with tight time constraints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with scientific or coding programming (e.g., SAS, Python, Excel, VBA, SQL, or R)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to group effectiveness
  • Strong adaptability and ability to quickly and effectively adjust to change

Preferred Capabilities

* Entry-level position or work experience supporting actuarial elements of an association or business area

  • Exhibited leadership experience (e.g., dynamic roles in student or social association activities, or sports)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with scientific or coding programming (e.g., SAS, Python, Excel, VBA, SQL, or R)
