1st Shift (Monday to Friday)

Location:

Downtown and Midtown New York (Multi-Site Role)

Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator – Multi-Site Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support across multiple sites in downtown and midtown New York. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing coverage and support at multiple sites in NYC
  • Reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services
  • Mailroom operations
  • Print production (printing, assembling, binding)
  • Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams)
  • Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls
  • Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications
  • Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person
  • Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas
  • Conference room set up/take down
  • Other duties, as assigned

Physical Requirements:

The role requires:

  • Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Walking between different buildings
  • Occasional lifting when shipping/receiving packages, receiving catering orders

Note:

This is a temporary to engage position, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role. The successful candidate will be required to use public transportation throughout downtown and midtown New York to travel to different worksites. Shift hours may vary depending on location, and overtime may be required. Candidates must be available for work between 7am and 7pm and ready to adjust on a short notice.
