Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers — answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and following up on inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Managing and updating customer accounts, service records, and scheduling in our system
  • Supporting accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Coordinating with field technicians to ensure smooth daily scheduling and route management
  • Handling general office administrative tasks and correspondence

Skills

  • Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and composed under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with scheduling or CRM software is a plus
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail
  • A self-starter mentality with an interest in taking on more responsibility over time
  • Some accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Any prior pest control industry experience is a plus — whether in the field or in an office setting
  • Familiarity with FieldRoutes is a bonus, but not required
