[Remote] Product Manager Lead- Enterprise- Remote

This role will bridge business leaders, analytics teams, and technology partners to define product strategy and ensure that analytics solutions deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise analytics products
- Partner with executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable product requirements
- Lead prioritization of product enhancements, new capabilities, and technical investments
- Coordinate delivery across multiple analytics, data engineering, and technology teams
- Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and training activities
- Establish product success metrics and monitor performance to ensure products are delivering intended outcomes
- Gather customer feedback and continuously refine products based on user needs and organizational priorities
- Facilitate alignment between business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of analytics initiatives, balancing strategic investments with operational demands
- Champion product management best practices across the analytics organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, business intelligence, healthcare operations, or a related discipline
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product requirements and delivery plans
- Experience working with analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven products
- 5 years of product manager or other relevant experience
- Experience leading the product lifecycle for 2-3 large products from visioning through requirements development through launch and measurement
- Understanding of domain and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications and ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present complex data to tell the product story to senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations to further the mission of the product team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use a creative approach
- Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in healthcare analytics, quality, finance, or operational reporting
- Familiarity with agile product management methodologies
- Experience working with enterprise scorecards and executive reporting solutions
- Master's degree in business, technical, or related field
