Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on developing innovative curriculum materials and providing remote support to early learning centers and educators. You will play a crucial role in designing engaging educational programs that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in young children, aged 0-5. Responsibilities include researching and implementing evidence-based early childhood education best practices, creating lesson plans, activity guides, and assessment tools. You will also be responsible for conducting virtual training sessions and workshops for childcare providers, offering guidance on curriculum implementation, classroom management, and child development. Collaboration with a team of educators and specialists to refine existing programs and develop new initiatives will be a key aspect of this position. The ability to translate educational theories into practical, accessible resources for educators working in diverse settings is essential. This role requires a blend of creativity, pedagogical expertise, and strong communication skills. While the role is primarily remote, occasional on-site visits to partner centers in the Phoenix, Arizona area may be required for program evaluation and direct educator support. Responsibilities

Develop and design age-appropriate curriculum and educational materials for early childhood settings. Research and integrate current best practices in early childhood education. Create engaging lesson plans, activity guides, and learning resources. Conduct virtual training sessions and provide ongoing support to educators. Facilitate online workshops on child development and pedagogical approaches. Collaborate with the education team to evaluate and improve program effectiveness. Provide consultation and guidance to childcare providers remotely. Assist in the development of assessment tools for tracking child progress. Stay updated on research and trends in early childhood development. Contribute to content creation for educational platforms and publications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with young children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of child development theories and pedagogy. Experience in curriculum development and instructional design. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person settings. Proficiency in educational technology and online learning platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Passion for improving early learning outcomes. Must be available for occasional travel within the Phoenix area.
