Position Summary: As a Community Specialist, you will be the face of our community, responsible for:

• Engaging with our Fairygodboss and Purpose Jobs communities through text and video formats, facilitating conversations and elevating community members' voices
• Refreshing and managing the Fairygodboss VIP program, working closely with our most active community members
• Brainstorming and implementing strategies to increase community member engagement in the Purpose Jobs Slack Community
• Tracking community metrics, identifying trends, and iteratively improving value to community members and employers
• Collaborating with internal teams to integrate community activity and partners into events, and contributing original content to social channels

Ideal Candidate: You're a natural connector and communicator, with a passion for building and engaging audiences. You're generative, metrics-minded, and capable of driving ideas and projects forward independently. You have experience growing and engaging large audiences, and you're a brand builder and ambassador with excellent judgment.
