Position Overview

We are actively hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex for our valued clients and their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, account details, and company policies to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical questions by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions, updates, and resolutions thoroughly in internal systems and customer records.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Learn and navigate internal proprietary software platforms, troubleshooting common issues for customers as needed.
  • Support colleagues and managers with various operational tasks and projects that arise during daily operations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on client-specific guidelines and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude in identifying process improvements and contributing to team success.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Residency: Must currently reside in the United States.
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and empathetically.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email platforms.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and take initiative in a remote setting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, demonstrating superior customer service skills.

Minimum Equipment Requirements

To ensure you can perform at the highest level, all representatives must meet the following minimum equipment standards:

  • Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space; 60 GB or more of total space.
  • Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 8.1 (note: some client programs may not support Windows 8.1), or Mac with a minimum i5 processor.
  • Internet Connection: Hard-wired (Ethernet) connection required. Wireless connections are not supported. Minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Headset: USB headset with noise-canceling capability recommended.

Training and Compensation

At arenaflex, we set our representatives up for success from day one.

  • Paid Training: 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, for 3–4 weeks, at $7.25 per hour.
  • Post-Certification Pay: Upon successful certification, pay increases to a range of $10.00 – $12.00 per hour, based on experience, tenure, and the client portfolio assigned.
  • Quarterly Reviews: Performance reviews are conducted every quarter, with opportunities for pay increases based on individual and team performance.
