[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

Peoplelink Group is a staffing solutions company, and they are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions to meet clients’ technical staffing needs. The role involves recruiting highly qualified candidates, mentoring team members, and managing the full candidate lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to other members of recruiting team
  • Assist Recruiting Manager / Branch Manager branch leadership with related duties as requested
  • Recruit Consultant and Direct Hire Candidates
  • Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising
  • Develop a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions
  • Interview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical interviews
  • Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Upload applicant resumes via online databases
  • Requirement Fulfillment
  • Negotiate pay and benefits with candidates
  • Post job ads on job boards and social media sites
  • Format resumes and job descriptions
  • Craft a sales pitch and complete any additional client requirements (skills matrices, etc.) to submit candidates to open requirements
  • Assignment Management
  • Oversee full candidate lifecycle, including managing acceptances/onboarding, extensions/raises, and exits
  • Foster relationships with current consultants to retain top talent
  • Promote circumstances that maximize retention of TeamSoft consultants, including consultant care
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Represent TeamSoft at industry functions and career fairs
  • Stay up to date with applicable labor laws and interviewing best-practices
  • All other duties as assigned
