Job Summary

As an Online Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, approaching each customer interaction with empathy and understanding
  • Stay up-to-date on all products and services, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Participate in departmental meetings, company meetings, and in-services to stay informed about company updates, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required, including attending training sessions and participating in quality improvement initiatives
  • Meet minimum monthly goals and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work a varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual environment, including remote work and online chat platforms

  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
