[Remote] Sales Manager, West

As a Sales Manager for the Western Region, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on developing regional strategies and nurturing talent to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Craft a bespoke regional strategy and execution plan for every rep on your team
- Oversee the growth of your direct reports with precision and empathy
- Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Business Development to ignite pipeline growth
- Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding vital insights back to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
Skills
- 7+ years of smashing quotas in the enterprise software/SaaS world
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams of this caliber
- Proven track record of walking into boardrooms and speaking the language of C-level customers
- Experience closing large, complex deals
- Ability to lead a metrics-driven organization
- Experience balancing the 'big fish' enterprise deals with the steady flow of semi-transactional business
- Consultative approach to relationship building
- Deep technical curiosity for web infrastructure and content management software
