They are seeking a Growth Systems Business Analyst III who will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to gather and document requirements, facilitate process design workshops, and support system enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to gather, document, and validate requirements and identify process improvements
  • Prepare and document business cases, requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans, risk assessments, and other project deliverables
  • Facilitate future-state process design workshops and map end-to-end workflows to support organizational change, scalability, and measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with architects and QA teams to translate requirements into solution blueprints and validate system performance
  • Lead and support system enhancements and process improvements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 in collaboration with project teams
  • Prepare release notes, training materials, and change-management documentation to enable successful delivery with business stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and project teams to deliver customer-centric solutions

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, a related major, business, finance, or accounting; or IIBA certification or demonstrated equivalent certification with business analysis focus
  • Five+ years of business analyst experience with three+ years of experience in D365 or similar CRM platform; D365 experience is highly preferred
  • Experience designing or implementing business processes or systems
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand internal stakeholder's priorities, challenges, methods, and processes
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communication with leadership, operations, and delivery partners
  • About 5-15% travel within the U.S. is required
