Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a Learning & Development - Instructional Designer for a six-month contract. The role involves evaluating vendor-provided content, aligning it to enterprise risk priorities, and driving behavior change through structured training and assessment, particularly in cybersecurity awareness and behavior-based training.

Responsibilities

  • Review internal security training and standards
  • Audit vendor content and map it to audience
  • Identify gaps and adjust training program to target key behaviors
  • Build the full rollout plan across vendors and phases
  • Curate the training modules and simulation library
  • Structure baseline measurement and follow up testing
  • Conduct baseline testing with ETS & Privileged Users
  • Launch core HRM training curriculum across vendors
  • Coordinate communications, assignments, and rollout logistics
  • Run follow-up assessments to measure impact
  • Compare results to baseline to evaluate behavior change
  • Track trends and adjust training to improve outcomes over time

Skills

  • Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or security behavior programs
  • Background in behavior change or learning design
  • Ability to align training to risk outcomes and business needs
  • Experience designing surveys and measuring effectiveness
