[Remote] Sr Product Manager, B2B Scores-Mortgage

They are seeking a Sr Product Manager in their B2B Scores organization to support the strategy and execution of their core FICO® Scores products in the Mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support market research and voice of customer initiatives to identify emerging trends, evolving client needs, and competitive dynamics that inform product direction
  • Synthesize intel from internal stakeholders, desktop research, and internal data sources to generate insights that shape short- and mid-term (1–3 year) product strategy and roadmap priorities, ensuring continued relevance and differentiation of FICO’s B2B Scores credit offerings
  • Work with key data and technology partners to support and enhance product offerings
  • Support external engagements, including industry events, partner/client meetings, and training sessions; responsibilities will include co-developing and delivering training program and supporting the creation of materials for speaking opportunities
  • Collaborate with analytics, software, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap and go-to-market (GTM) plans
  • Author business and technical requirements documents, including detailed use cases and user personas, to guide development and ensure alignment with market needs
  • Partner with regulatory and compliance experts to ensure product designs align with applicable regulations; lead established compliance processes and deliver required documentation on schedule

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proven expertise and knowledge of financial services, credit bureau and/or alternative data ecosystems
  • Deep expertise in B2B product management demonstrated through a successful track record of delivery of high impact solutions and increasing leadership responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain high quality and accuracy in deliverables
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to engage various audiences (ex: Sales, Software, Analytics, Leadership) and convey complex concepts
  • Intellectually curious, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
  • Collaborative and low-ego approach, fostering strong relationships across teams and functions to achieve goals
  • Willing to do what is needed, taking on a variety of responsibilities to drive product success
