Position Overview

arenaflex is expanding its remote call‑center team and is looking for enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representatives to join us from the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members, providers, and other stakeholders, handling inquiries related to claims status, benefits eligibility, plan participation, and more. This is a fully remote, hourly‑based position based in Minnesota, offering a competitive starting rate of $17.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and other constituents with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information on claim status, benefit eligibility, plan details, and PPO participation.
  • Resolve routine service inquiries via telephone, email, chat, or written correspondence, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain departmental performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding established targets for quality, productivity, and adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a supportive, high‑performing work environment.

  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, following compliance and data‑privacy guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume inbound call environments while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of health‑care terminology, insurance concepts, and claims processes (experience in a medical call center is a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively and adhering to scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a production‑oriented setting where efficiency and quality are closely monitored.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, ticketing systems, and basic data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and procedural updates.

Education & Certifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
  • Additional coursework or certifications in health‑care administration, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.

COVID‑19 Vaccination Policy
