[Remote] Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant

TechOhana has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to find a Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant on a flexible contract basis. The role involves configuring and optimizing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud across various functions and working with internal teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimise Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) across constituent management, fundraising, programme delivery, and reporting
- Work directly with internal teams to translate mission-critical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Skills
- Hands-on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) experience — this is a must
- Exposure to NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud migrations (a strong plus)
- Comfort across Flows, custom objects, data migration, and stakeholder training
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Understanding of nonprofit operations and the sector's unique data needs
