[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

This fully remote position involves owning full-cycle recruiting for AI, Data Analytics, and Technology roles, while building talent pipelines and partnering with clients to deliver top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across AI, Data Analytics, and Technology roles, from initial sourcing through offer and close
• Build and maintain deep talent pipelines within the AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and broader Tech talent communities
• Partner directly with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and deliver top-tier talent with speed and precision
• Leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and your professional network to engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI and tech talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate availability
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience
• Contribute to team performance, mentor junior recruiters, and help set the standard for delivery excellence across the practice

Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a staffing, agency, or high-growth corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles in AI, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Technology
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and direct outreach strategies
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement or hiring targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients
• Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage a full desk remotely without missing a beat
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though demonstrated performance and experience will always speak louder
• Experience in the AI, Data Analytics, and Technology sectors
