[Remote] Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager (Third Party)

They are seeking a Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager who will oversee third party audits and privacy-related projects, providing expert consultation on compliance and civil rights regulations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Providing system-wide assistance in the implementation and development of MultiCare’s program to oversee third party audits/monitoring reviews, contracted privacy support, and manages third party privacy related projects and initiatives
- Serving as a subject matter expert to provide project consultation across the organization in the matters of privacy, data, and civil rights
- Communicating expert guidance and consultation on federal, state, and local regulations/requirements to all levels of leadership and department staff
Skills
- CHC or CHPC (Certified in HealthCare Compliance, Privacy, or Security) or comparable certification required
- Six (6) years of professional experience in Healthcare, with three (3) years of compliance (including government oversight, ERM, audit, contracting or legal), privacy or security experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification in ADA, DEI or related area preferred
