[Remote] Training Specialist

They are seeking a Training Specialist with a strong background in cybersecurity awareness and behavior-based training to evaluate content, align it with enterprise risk priorities, and drive behavior change through structured training and assessment.
Responsibilities
- Review internal security training and standards
- Audit vendor content and map it to audiences
- Identify gaps and adjust training program to target key behaviors
- Build the full rollout plan across vendors and phases
- Curate the training modules and simulation library
- Structure baseline measurement and follow up testing
- Conduct baseline testing with Technology Services & Privileged Users
- Launch core HRM training curriculum across vendors
- Coordinate communications, assignments, and rollout logistics
Skills
- Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or security behavior programs
- Background in behavior change or learning design
- Ability to align training to risk outcomes and business needs
- Experience designing surveys and measuring effectiveness
