As an Investigation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our global network of sellers by investigating reimbursement requests, analyzing complex data sets, and ensuring that every inquiry is handled with fairness, accuracy, and consistency. Key Responsibilities

As an Investigation Specialist within FBA Support Operations, you will be the trusted point of contact for sellers navigating financial inquiries related to their fulfillment experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Running Detailed Investigations: Conducting thorough manual research and structured investigations on reimbursement requests related to losses that occurred during FBA processes. You will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to determine accurate, seller-facing decisions that align with company policy.
  • Leveraging Operational Tools: Demonstrating expertise in using proprietary operational tools to deep-dive into cases, manage end-to-end processes, and ensure consistent handling across all seller interactions.
  • Multilingual Seller Communication: Communicating effectively and professionally with internal stakeholders and external sellers via email and ticketing systems (no phone support required). You will share investigation outcomes clearly and empathetically in two languages.
  • Data Analysis and Critical Thinking: Analyzing structured and unstructured data, applying logical reasoning and judgment to reach conclusions. You may use SQL queries to extract and manipulate data as part of your investigative workflow.
  • Escalation Management: Recognizing when cases deviate from defined SOPs and escalating appropriately to ensure sellers receive fair and timely resolutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and pain points at the function level. You may be involved in testing new tools and processes and recommending improvements that drive operational excellence.
  • Performance Accountability: Achieving individual and team productivity, quality, accuracy, and utilization metrics while maintaining high standards in every case handled.

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • This position is available only in arenaflex corporate offices in Bratislava, Slovakia, and will require relocation. We are pleased to offer a relocation incentive of €1,000 for eligible candidates.
  • Fluent in English with an intermediate level of Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Prior experience working in a production environment with a demonstrated track record of meeting productivity and quality targets.
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer support environment, ideally in a written communication capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to recognize non-obvious patterns and connect disparate data points.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A positive, results-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
  • Excellent team player mindset, with the ability to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
