What the Role Involves

This is a multifaceted, consultative role where no two days are exactly the same. You will receive comprehensive paid training from the comfort of your home and develop expertise across several core areas, including:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle a wide variety of inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries related to billing, account adjustments, plan changes, activations, porting, collections, retention, fraud, and technical support.
  • Sales & Consultative Selling: Recommend arenaflex products and services that genuinely meet customer needs — from mobile plans and accessories to high-speed internet, streaming, and home phone solutions.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Use critical thinking and creative troubleshooting to resolve complex issues that may span multiple networks, devices, and systems.
  • Account Management: Accurately document interactions, update customer records, process payments, set up new accounts, and ensure all account changes are properly executed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Tier 3 technical support, third-party vendors, and internal partners to resolve service interruptions and network-related concerns.
  • Technology Support: Assist customers with wireless local number portability (WLNP), device activations, air cards, USB devices, roaming questions, and arenaflex-provided software and applications.

Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day

  • Build trust and loyalty with every customer interaction through thoughtful listening and clear, confident communication.
  • Simplify complex billing and rate plan explanations so customers fully understand their services and value.
  • Support customers across credit, collections, activations, e-services, revenue, business, and technical inquiries.
  • Handle escalations involving after-hours inquiries, prepaid services, relocations, and combined billing.
  • Stay current on the latest product features, technology updates, and promotional offerings to provide accurate and helpful guidance.
  • Meet or exceed individual monthly sales goals while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing virtual training, team meetings, and remote performance reviews to continuously grow your skills.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service or call center experience (retail, hospitality, or sales experience is also valued).
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Problem-solving ability and comfort navigating multiple tools, screens, and systems simultaneously.
  • Sales aptitude with a desire to learn consultative selling techniques.
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during operational hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
  • Reliable self-motivation and the discipline to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Basic technical proficiency, including comfort with computers, internet-based applications, and multi-line phone systems.

Work From Home Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you will need:

  • Verified, secure, and dedicated high-speed internet service (cable or fiber preferred).
  • A dedicated, quiet workspace — including a desk, chair, and electrical outlet with a direct LAN connection.
  • Availability and accountability to work scheduled shifts, follow technical and security protocols, and participate in remote workspace audits, screen recordings, and webcam check-ins as needed.
  • Compliance with arenaflex’s Clean Desk policy and all security and performance management standards.

arenaflex will provide all the essential equipment you need to get started, including a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mobile device.

Compensation and Rewards

We believe great talent deserves great rewards. Our compensation package is designed to recognize your effort, reward your performance, and support your well-being:

  • Competitive hourly pay starting between $16.20 and $18.87 per hour, with weekly earnings ranging from $627.50 to $705.00.
  • Average starting annual salary of approximately $33,696, with growth potential based on performance.
  • Performance-based incentives of up to $3,000 per month when sales goals and performance expectations are met.
  • Sign-on bonus of $3,000 for eligible new hires, paid out as $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,500 after 12 months of employment.
  • Paid training delivered virtually, plus continuous learning resources to support your career development.
