When our language model encounters a query it cannot resolve with at least 98% confidence, the conversation is handed off to a skilled human operator. As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you will be the voice of arenaflex for our top‑tier clients, ensuring every interaction feels authentic, helpful, and compliant. Your work will directly influence the quality of our AI models, shaping the future of conversational automation across industries such as automobile insurance, health insurance, and prescription drug plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Real‑Time Response: Answer inbound chat messages in under 30 seconds, using point‑and‑click canned responses and, when necessary, crafting ad‑hoc replies that are accurate, relevant, and industry‑compliant.
  • Contextual Problem Solving: Interpret consumer inquiries, determine the appropriate category, and select the correct response button or initiate a personalized dialogue when no pre‑written answer exists.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a minimum 98% accuracy rate on all responses; your work will be randomly audited to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Escalation Management: Recognize when a conversation requires higher‑level intervention and promptly route it to leadership or specialized teams.
  • Knowledge Base Development: Document frequently asked questions, refine canned responses, and contribute to a living repository that improves over time.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve a sustained 60 replies per hour while preserving accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaboration & Projects: Participate in cross‑functional initiatives, share insights with product and AI teams, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer‑service chatroom or live‑chat environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct responses in real time.
  • Familiarity with regulated verticals such as automobile insurance, health insurance, or prescription drug plans (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering perfection in every interaction.
  • Advanced typing proficiency (touch‑typing) with a reliable computer setup and high‑speed internet connection.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Reliability in adhering to a designated schedule, including the flexibility to work any shift in a 24/7 operation.
