We are currently hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative (Benefits & Payroll Support) to join our dynamic client support team. This is an ongoing temporary position with flexible hours ranging from part-time up to 40 hours per week during peak business seasons. Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees of our valued clients, helping them navigate questions related to benefits administration and payroll processing. Your primary mission will be to deliver accurate, timely, and compassionate support that resolves inquiries on the first call whenever possible.
This role operates within a structured call center environment where phone-based customer service is the core function. You will be equipped with the tools, training, and resources you need to succeed — arenaflex provides all necessary equipment, and the only requirement from you is a reliable high-speed internet connection.
What You'll Do Each Day
- Deliver Outstanding Client Service: Provide high-quality, professional support consistent with arenaflex's service standards and best practices, while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Answer Inbound Calls: Respond to a steady volume of incoming phone calls in a call center setting, addressing questions about employee benefits, payroll inquiries, and general account information.
- Research and Resolve Issues: Investigate customer problems thoroughly by reviewing account details, documentation, and system records. Process required forms and documents accurately to bring each matter to a satisfactory resolution.
- Educate and Empower: Clearly explain benefits options, payroll processes, and policy details in a way that is easy for customers to understand — empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Meet or exceed established departmental performance metrics, including quality assurance scores, call handling times, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and resolutions in the company CRM system to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to address complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Schedule and Work Environment
- Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Minimum Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, whether in retail, hospitality, call center, or another professional setting
- Typing Skills: Strong typing speed and accuracy to efficiently document customer interactions
- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfort navigating multiple software applications, web browsers, and internal systems
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
