We are currently seeking an experienced, empathetic, and sales-minded Remote Customer Experience & Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Care Center. Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience & Inside Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical link between the customers we serve and the dedicated Delivery Care Agents who make our service possible. You will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound calls, accurately entering customer orders, liaising with agencies, case managers, and internal partners, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and accuracy that arenaflex is known for. Beyond traditional customer service, you will also leverage soft-sales techniques — including upselling, cross-selling, and needs-based recommendations — to enhance customer satisfaction while driving measurable results.

This is a full-time, 100% remote, non-exempt position scheduled Monday through Friday. The starting pay is $16.75 per hour, with the potential to earn up to an additional $2.00 per hour in performance-based incentive pay. Bilingual candidates may qualify for a $0.50 per hour differential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a steady flow of inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails, providing courteous, accurate, and timely support.
  • Process customer and member meal orders with precision, ensuring data integrity within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and related platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, agency partners, case managers, and Delivery Care Agents to coordinate seamless service delivery.
  • Strive to meet or exceed established performance metrics related to call handling, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs during each interaction and recommend appropriate products, services, or add-ons using proven soft-sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve processes, share insights, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
  • Uphold arenaflex's commitment to security and confidentiality when processing sensitive customer information.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a resident of Arkansas (this position is open only to Arkansas residents).
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and a high degree of dependability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, call center, or inside sales experience.
  • Bilingual fluency (a $0.50 per hour differential is available for qualifying candidates).
  • Experience with soft-sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored products or services.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or performance targets.

Technical & Home Office Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, all specialists must have:

  • A reliable computer setup with one or two 19-inch or larger monitors (two monitors are highly recommended for productivity).
  • A quality headset with microphone, mouse, and keyboard.
  • A high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
  • An internet provider known for stability, with packet loss and latency under 100ms.
  • DSL or broadband service is required; satellite internet is not permitted.
  • During scheduled working hours, media streaming, gaming, or other bandwidth-heavy activities are not permitted for the employee or members of their household, as these can negatively impact network performance.

Our trainers and team leaders are dedicated to helping you build confidence, master our tools, and feel fully prepared before you take live calls.

Compensation, Bonuses & Incentives

  • Starting pay: $16.75 per hour.
  • Performance incentive: Up to an additional $2.00 per hour, based on achieving productivity and quality metrics.
  • Bilingual differential: $0.50 per hour for qualifying candidates.
  • Monthly incentive program: Designed to reward specialists who meet and exceed efficiency and quality goals, with payouts tied to a combination of weekly and monthly performance benchmarks.

Physical Demands

This role is primarily sedentary and involves frequent sitting, with some standing, walking, bending, and filing as needed. The ability to lift files under 10 pounds, open filing cabinets, and move as required is necessary. Over two-thirds of the workday is spent seeing, sitting, using hands, and talking or hearing.
