Position Overview

As a Remote Travel Consultant at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking expert guidance in planning vacations, business trips, group getaways, honeymoons, and customized travel experiences. This is a commission-based role, meaning your income is directly tied to your performance, sales ability, and dedication to client satisfaction. You will consult with clients through phone, email, and online chat channels, learning their unique preferences, budgets, and travel goals. Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation and Relationship Management

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and online chat to understand their travel preferences, budget constraints, group size, timing, and special requirements.
  • Build genuine rapport with clients, becoming a trusted advisor they return to for future trips and refer to friends and family.
  • Maintain detailed client records, preferences, and communication history to deliver a personalized experience on every interaction.

  • Confirm all booking details, verify pricing and availability, and ensure clients receive complete, easy-to-understand travel documentation.
  • Coordinate complex multi-destination, multi-traveler, and group itineraries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Sales, Revenue Generation, and Upselling

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets by actively promoting travel products, packages, and exclusive offers.
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities, such as room upgrades, excursions, travel insurance, and premium services.
  • Stay up to date on the latest travel trends, seasonal promotions, supplier incentives, and destination news to offer clients the best possible value.
  • Use persuasive yet consultative sales techniques to guide clients toward decisions that match their needs and budget.

Essential Qualifications
