Position Overview

The Customer Service Consultant role is the frontline of arenaflex’s member engagement strategy. You will serve as a trusted guide, helping members navigate wellness programs, schedule health‑coach appointments, and maximize the benefits of our digital health platform. This position blends education, support, and sales‑enablement to ensure members feel confident, motivated, and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, high‑quality phone and chat support to members, handling inbound and outbound interactions with professionalism.
  • Educate members on available wellness programs, incentives, and resources, translating complex health concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Schedule appointments with nurses, health coaches, and group coaching events, ensuring seamless coordination and timely follow‑up.
  • Assist members with portal navigation, password resets, registration, and completion of health assessments; promote the arenaflex mobile app for on‑the‑go access.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM system, documenting outcomes, next steps, and any escalations.
  • Achieve daily contact targets (85‑100 contacts per day) while maintaining a typing speed of at least 45 WPM with 95 % accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including wellness coaches, technical support, and compliance—to resolve member issues efficiently.
  • Provide feedback on program effectiveness and suggest enhancements based on member insights.
  • Uphold arenaflex’s brand standards by delivering a positive, heart‑centered member experience in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • High‑speed broadband internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload) with a wired Ethernet connection; Wi‑Fi is not permitted for workstations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑service call‑center environment, supporting both inbound and outbound queues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of contacts while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and familiarity with telephony platforms such as Avaya One X or comparable software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, empathetic manner.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in health‑care, communications, or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience promoting health‑related programs, incentives, or telephonic sales.
  • Background in environments with contractual customer expectations or performance guarantees.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic computer functions, navigate multiple windows, and perform copy‑paste operations efficiently.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.50 to $31.72, commensurate with experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in performance‑based bonuses, commissions, and short‑term incentive programs.
