Role Overview

This is a fully remote, work‑from‑home position based in Corpus Christi, TX (or any other Texas location as specified). Key Responsibilities

  • Engage inbound website visitors via live chat, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inquiries about automotive and recreational‑vehicle sales, service, financing, and general dealership information.
  • Identify and qualify leads by capturing contact details, vehicle preferences, service needs, and purchase intent, then relay this information to the dealer’s sales or service teams for follow‑up.
  • Schedule test‑drive appointments, service appointments, and financing consultations, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded in the dealer’s CRM system.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving product lines, promotional offers, financing programs, and dealership policies to deliver up‑to‑date information.
  • Summarize each chat interaction with concise notes that highlight customer needs, concerns, and next steps, facilitating seamless handoff to the dealer’s staff.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to share best practices, troubleshoot challenging scenarios, and continuously improve the chat experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or automotive technology are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 35 words per minute with high accuracy; a speed of 40+ WPM is preferred.
