Itinerary Management: Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including flight arrangements, hotel reservations, transportation, and excursion bookings ? Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and financial transactions. Ensure all documentation is properly filed and organized for easy access ? Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of travel arrangements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner ? Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client requests and concerns.
