Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Document and update customer records accurately in the system.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with technology.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
