Job Description
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Target for our customers. You will be responsible for delivering orders in a timely, professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
– Pick up and deliver goods in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.
– Review orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
– Maintain a positive image of the brand by ensuring a professional appearance.
– Follow delivery driving routes and time schedules.
– Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
Requirements
– Valid professional driver’s license.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Good driving record with no traffic violations.
– Strong customer service skills – the ability to communicate effectively, handle customer queries, and resolve issues promptly.
– Ability to operate vehicle and maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
– Ability to lift heavy packages.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
– Previous experience as a Delivery Driver is preferred but not required.
