Job Summary:
Marriott International, a leading hospitality company worldwide, is looking for a part-time Concierge at our Longmont location. Job Description:
As a part-time Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service, guidance, and information during their stay. You will assist with their needs, answer their queries, and ensure a smooth guest experience, contributing to our brand’s reputation for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Greeting guests upon arrival and provide necessary information
– Responding to guests’ inquiries and handle complaints
– Making restaurant or travel reservations for guests
– Providing information about facilities, services, and local attractions
– Ensuring the front desk is neat, tidy, and appropriately equipped
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong customer service orientation
– Problem-solving ability
– Good organizational and multitasking skills
– Ability to use reservation and billing software
– Knowledge of local attractions and services

Educational Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Further training in hospitality or relevant field will be a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus. Training will be provided.
