Job Description
As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating information into our database with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific guidelines and procedures. You will be collaborating with a team, but also expected to work independently to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets
- Verify and update data as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information
- Follow data program techniques and procedures
- Generate reports and compile data when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
Experience
No prior experience required; however, previous experience in data entry or administrative roles will be considered an advantage.
