Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: • Conduct outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify potential clients. • Research and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities. • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track all prospecting and sales activities. Sales Presentations and Demos: • Engage prospects through compelling sales presentations and product demos. • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Everest’s services to potential clients. • Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points. Relationship Building: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle. • Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals. Closing Deals: • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets. • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to prospective clients. • Overcome objections and address concerns to secure commitments from clients. Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with the Marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns. • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients. • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and strategies. Performance Tracking and Reporting: • Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and quota attainment. • Use data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Regularly update CRM with accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and clients.
