EMERGENCY OUTBOUND CALL HANDLER - PART TIME This is a Fixed term contract for 3 months ?Hours: Option 1 - 24 hours pw Option 2 - 21.5 hours pw Shift pattern: Option 1 - Tuesday & Thursday - Saturday 11:00 - 17:00 Option 2 - Monday 07:00 - 11:00, Tuesday 09:00 - 14:00, Friday 07:00 - 11:00 and Sunday 09:00 - 17:00 Salary: £11.54 per hour Option 1 - £14,401.92 pa Option 2 - £12,901.72 pa Location: Remote Start Date : ASAP For this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed Appello Perks • 31 days holiday rising to 33 with length of service (PRO RATA). You will have experience in a customer facing role and have worked remotely previously. You have a good general standard of education, a can do attitude to ensure the best support for our service users in their time of need! THE ROLE The heart of the Emergency Outbound Call Handler role is to follow up an emergency call, to check in on our service users and ensuring the correct help is in place, providing reassurance and support. You will also be providing welfare check ins alongside ensuring that equipment is working correctly via test calls.
