Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support mental health and wellness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in case management and coordinate care with outside resources when required. Educate clients and families about mental health disorders and treatment options. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in mental health care.
Requirements
Must hold a valid and current LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC license in the state of practice. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting. Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record systems. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans and collaborate with stakeholders.
