Job Overview As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will engage in both voice and non-voice tasks, facilitating effective communication and information verification on behalf of our healthcare client. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of healthcare services. Key Responsibilities • Participate in voice and non-voice processes as required. • Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear communication. • Verify information from third-party entities using online resources. • Complete Enrichment Tasks according to client training protocols. • Conduct data entry, validate vendor information, and follow up on board certifications. • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks. • Remain open to additional duties as they arise. Required Skills • Willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice tasks. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. • Proficiency with computer systems is preferred.
