Salary Range: (80,000-)115,000 annually Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and manage engaging email and SMS marketing campaigns that yield high performance. • Facilitate collaboration between technical and creative teams to ensure unified campaign delivery. • Analyze campaign metrics, pinpoint areas for improvement, and apply actionable insights. • Work alongside growth and management teams to enhance user conversion rates, reduce unsubscribe rates, and boost engagement. • Ensure all email marketing initiatives are compliant with industry standards and best practices. • Maintain email databases and oversee IP reputation management. • Leverage web technologies and analytics tools to enhance engagement and refine marketing strategies. Required Skills • Proficient in HTML and familiar with content management systems. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, managing campaigns with subscriber lists exceeding 1,000,000. • Strong proficiency in managing Email Service Providers (ESPs). • Experienced in utilizing web analytics tools, notably Google Analytics. • Demonstrated success in executing large-scale email campaigns. • Possess strong analytical skills coupled with effective communication and organizational capabilities. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
