Job DescriptionJob Description About the Role 100% remote, work-from-home Commercial Insurance Account Manager job opening for qualified applicants living in the Eastern Standard Time and Central Standard Time zones. An Enterprise Risk Management firm in the Southeast that provides insurance analysis, risk control, and program management to energy related companies. Although unique in the sense that the company is not an insurance broker, the company's internal service processes are similar to an retail agency. Duties & Responsibilities • Administrative Support: Organize, plan, and execute daily tasks related to marketing, client service, and renewal preparation. This can range from reviewing a contract or policy to gathering information for an application, claims report, or billing question. • Team Support: The executives are the senior consultants who travel extensively. Your ability to keep the ball rolling with the office's 'to do' list frees up their time in business development. Likewise, you can help the administrative support team improve workflows and efficiencies in the service process. Skills & Experience • Minimum three (3) years of commercial insurance client service experience with a retail insurance agency. • Broad, all-lines coverage background including GL, property, auto, and work comp. • Active state insurance license.
