Banking and Finance Sales Specialist Job Description: Join our team as a Banking and Finance Sales Specialist, where you will spearhead our expansion into the financial services market. You will work closely with banks and financial institutions, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial products and services. Responsibilities: • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients in the banking and financial services industry. • Understand and address the specific needs of banks and financial institutions with appropriate solutions. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. • Keep abreast of banking regulations and trends to offer informed solutions. • Accurately track and report all sales activities using HubSpot. KPIs: • Weekly defined list of targets and outreach efforts • Building a qualified pipeline • Number of executive meetings • Lead, support, and develop at least 4 proposals per month • Number of new clients acquired each quarter. • Client retention rates. • Revenue generated versus targets. • Accuracy and timeliness of data entered into HubSpot. Requirements: • Prior sales experience in the banking or financial services industry. • Strong understanding of financial products and the regulatory landscape. • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Compensation: Eligible candidates will be offered a commission-based compensation structure. The specifics of the compensation package will be determined based on the classification of the role and compliance with applicable state and federal wage laws.
