Contracts Administrator
Robert Half is seeking a Procurement Specialist with experience in managing outsourced services related to our company?s clinical trials and ancillary services related to the development pipeline. This role requires an individual with proven clinical trial outsourcing experience and a strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle. Start Date: April 2025Duration: OngoingPay: $75+/hourLocation: Hybrid (NY) or Remote Key Responsibilities:? Develop vendor bids (RFI/RFP), contracts, budgets, and manage proposals.? Foster cross-functional and external supplier relationships to drive clinical programs.? Establish clear deliverables through the sourcing process to support supply chain programs.? Review and facilitate legal documents including CDAs, CTAs, MSAs, etc.? Lead vendor selection process and coordinate bid defenses and proposal reviews.? Participate in vendor governance meetings and reporting on supplier performance. Education and Experience:? Bachelor?s or Master's degree in biotech/pharma, life sciences, business, or related field.? Minimum five (5) years of direct end-to-end biotech/pharma clinical trial outsourcing experience.? Experience in the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and P2P system.? Excellent interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.? Experience with clinical programs and GxP knowledge preferred. Apply Job!
