Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering world-class customer experiences.
- Simplify lives and consult homeowners on their smart home possibilities during installations.
- Build rapport quickly with customers to ensure a great service experience.
- Work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions.
- Lift over 70 lbs and possess a valid driver's license meeting DISH's safety standards.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements:
- Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work at heights, lift over 70 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to travel as required.
