About the position As a dynamic engineer in the Silicon Engineering Group at Apple, you will play a crucial role in designing and manufacturing next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processors and system-on-chip (SoC) devices. Your primary focus will be on developing ATE test programs for debug, characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices, particularly in testing High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the seamless functionality of Apple products and services, enabling customers to enjoy their devices to the fullest.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with DFT and design teams to evaluate IP testability and debug silicon.

  • Develop and document ATE test plans for new IPs and products.

  • Design and debug test software and hardware for production, characterization, and reliability testing.

  • Provide quality and efficient test solutions for volume production.

  • Coordinate test-related activities between internal and external groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
