• Eligible to work in New York State
• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Candidate must have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work.
• One year of Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, mail merge, formulas to compare spreadsheets)

Job Description and Required Services:Facilitate the processing of Mortgage Loan Originator license applications, including but not limited to reviewing applications and accompanying documents submitted by Mortgage Loan Originators for accuracy and completeness, data entering application related information and application status changes in internal LINX database and uploading application related documents; preparing communications requesting additional supporting documents or informing applicant of deficiencies in applications; reviewing criminal background checks, verifying compliance with testing and education, sponsorship, work location and surety bond requirements; preparing a checklist identifying applicant's compliance all licensing requirements, statutory prohibitions and eligibility for licensing.Additionally, the candidate should possess the skills/abilities listed below: * Work independently

• Manage varied tasks as assigned
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
