Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Develop actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business outcomes
• Communicate complex data insights to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and customer support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
• Proven experience with SQL, Python, and Excel (including pivot tables and macros)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Preferred Qualifications
