- Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM, up to $0.64 CPM after 5 years of experience
- Avg Weekly Miles: 2,500
- Avg weekly pay: $1300-$1500
- Pay Raises: Every 3–6 months, reaching $0.64 CPM at 5 years
- Freight Type: Dry Van, 100% no-touch, 50% drop-and-hook
- Home Time: 14 days out, 2 full days home; truck can be taken home during breaks
- Benefits: Full benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K, and more)
- Vacation Pay: $800 after 1 year of service

- Must be 21+ with a valid CDL-A
- 120+ hours from accredited school
- Solid 10-year work history (no major gaps, outside of school or training)
- Training Pay: $650/week for 200–250 hours (4–6 weeks)
- Starting Pay After Training: $0.56 CPM

- Class A CDL with at least 6 months of recent CDL experience
- Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in the last 5 years
- No DOT Preventable accidents or major accidents in the last 5 years
- No DUI's, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
- Must pass urine AND hair pre-employment drug screen
