This role works work with a large community of interest across F-35 Joint Program Office and F-35 warfighters to deliver world-class solutions. - Experience as a flight-rated and qualified Fighter, Bomber, or TacAir aircrew
- Experience providing leadership and mentorship to interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to plan and execute at the tactical and operational levels
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Science
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge simulation solutions for pilot training
- Experience with DoD Acquisition processes and requirements development
- Experience with U.S. DoD program acquisition and management processes
- Experience with U.S. DoD Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
- Knowledge of Special Access Programs
- Knowledge of program management processes such as contracting, source selections, technical readiness assessments, and return on investment calculations
- Possession of excellent communication and networking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related field
