This role works work with a large community of interest across F-35 Joint Program Office and F-35 warfighters to deliver world-class solutions. • Experience as a flight-rated and qualified Fighter, Bomber, or TacAir aircrew
• Experience providing leadership and mentorship to interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to plan and execute at the tactical and operational levels
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Science

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge simulation solutions for pilot training
• Experience with DoD Acquisition processes and requirements development
• Experience with U.S. DoD program acquisition and management processes
• Experience with U.S. DoD Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
• Knowledge of Special Access Programs
• Knowledge of program management processes such as contracting, source selections, technical readiness assessments, and return on investment calculations
• Possession of excellent communication and networking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related field

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
