The successful candidate must be a team player who can effectively balance multiple priorities and deliver results.nnResponsibilities: Develop and execute successful compliance strategies for US payroll and compliance operations, processes, and policies that are in line with applicable laws and regulations. Monitor the US market for changes in regulations, laws, and policies and assess the impact on compliance and payroll operations. Identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Analyze data and reports to identify potential trends and areas of improvement. Maintain records and reports in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures for US payroll and compliance operations. Train and onboard new staff on US payroll and compliance operations and processes. Provide leadership and guidance to team members in order to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
