Whether that experience is online or in-person, streaming video, theatrical, games, merchandise, events and more, it’s powered by the anime content we all love.Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime!About The Team And The RoleWe are looking for an Associate Manager, User Acquisition (International) to support our core streaming business in major international regions (LATAM, EMEA, ASIA). You will own creative execution and optimization across social ad platforms within our performance media campaigns. The Associate Manager will also collaborate internally within the Growth and Paid Media team and externally across departments to develop a data-driven paid media creative strategy, informed by A/B testing. Reporting into the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will contribute to global paid media strategy that delivers on business growth goals.About You
- 2+ years of experience on a digital marketing team or at an agency, working in ad platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) – implementing paid media campaigns and optimizing towards performance goals
- Experience managing creative A/B testing with a clear hypothesis, experiment setup, and applicable outcome
- Demonstrate and problem solving with an analytical and results-driven mindset
- Experience with various measurement and analytics tools:
- Web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Mobile measurement partners (e.g., Singular, Adjust)
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, etc.)
- Experience in entertainment or subscription-based services preferred, interest in anime
- Launch and increase ads across multiple marketing channels for multiple international regions (LATAM, EMEA, ASIA) with a primary focus on paid social
- Evaluate ad performance and summarize relevant, applicable insights to a broad range of audiences
- Compile and present weekly and monthly creative performance reporting
- Develop A/B tests to determine best performing ad formats, creatives, and messaging
- Leverage creative performance insights to inform localized paid media creative strategy
- Operational support on daily processes such as:
- Manage creative library of assets for paid media across international regions and for all performance media channels
- Submit paid media creative requests and work with creative project manager on asset development
- Manage financial operations such as creating purchase orders and reconciling invoices
